Data Center Network Solutions, Planning and Procurement:

  • We serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of telecommunications and network services, supporting Customer’s leasing efforts at Customer’s data center facility with the goal of adding fiber network to Customer’s meet-me-room (“MMR”) and subsequently adding value to Customer’s new or existing tenant/licensee base.

  • We will develop fiber maps of the greater service areas and discover which carrier(s) have dark fiber and which carrier(s) have lit fiber. Consultant will use its commercially reasonable diligent efforts to introduce Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, and CLECs.

  • We develop a written business plan for distribution to the carrier community that details the return-on- investment (ROI) of establishing a Point-of-Presence (a “POP”) inside the Property.

  • We develop and coordinate with Customer on an incentive plan to encourage carriers to establish a POP in the Property on “spec” (i.e., without cost to Customer). Consultant will develop a written “Carrier Partnership Plan” to incentivize carriers’ outside sales teams to provide colocation at the Property to their customer base.

  • We align Sponsorship from carrier organizations and create a master spreadsheet of an organization chart and product suite from each carrier.

  • Wet outline primary and diverse route planning for every carrier and for every prospective customer.

  • We assist customer with responding to the network portions of various RFPs responses.

  • We assist in creating a Property-specific MMR process and procedures around cross-connections, A-to-Z, mapping, port alignment, and port allocation. Help to advise on how to go to market / brand content for customer. Digital Metro connect strategy.

  • Help to understand and monetize the customers ecosystem and how to productize bandwidth offerings.
